What we store, and what we never store
This is a security product, so the privacy posture is part of the product.
- We store your email, your postal code, your chosen radius and your report settings — nothing else.
- We never ask for or keep a street address, unit number, or live location.
- Incident locations are approximated by the publishing police service for privacy and may be offset from the exact address.
- You can delete every piece of data we hold on you from inside your account, immediately.
- Reports are generated from Toronto Police Service and Peel Regional Police open data, with the source and freshness stated in every email.

Paid plans are only offered where the police source is current enough for a genuine 30-day report. Availability is checked live against the latest published incident date and restores automatically when the source catches up.
